Senvanta’s first prototype follows the journey from pregnancy confirmation through the fourth trimester. Its deepest attention is on the transition after discharge—when the patient’s journey continues, multiple next steps may remain open, and organizational visibility often becomes thinner.

Why this journey

A meaningful and viable first test.

The perinatal journey is longitudinal, crosses multiple settings and teams, includes expected milestones and rapid branches, and continues well beyond an inpatient encounter.

It provides a meaningful way to test whether expected-versus- actual state, patient-reported context, ownership, handoffs, and closure can remain connected.

Many patients already use mobile devices for scheduling, messaging, education, and check-ins. That creates an important design opportunity—but not a reason to assume equal access. Senvanta is intended to be mobile-first, accessible, and able to support approved alternate channels.

Can a synthetic perinatal journey bring patient-reported and operational signals into context, identify one configured gap, and close the loop with the responsible care-team role—without pretending to diagnose or replace clinicians?

What the first prototype demonstrates

A complete, understandable coordination story.

The first version will stay deliberately narrow so the journey, interaction, logic, ownership, and closure can be polished as one coherent experience.

A plain-language, mobile-first interaction that preserves the patient’s original response and supports alternate communication routes.

A clear view of the current stage, the expected next milestone, visible sources, and what remains uncertain.

Meaningful signal

A configured operational difference—such as an unconfirmed follow-up—presented with its reason and source.

An accountable role, due time, acknowledgment state, action record, and visible closure.

Senvanta is in its foundation and design phase. There is no clinical deployment, real patient monitoring, production integration, or validated pathway.

Early demonstrations will use fictional people, synthetic information, transparent illustrative rules, simulated communication, and visible human decision points.
