This notice describes information handling on the public Senvanta website. It does not describe a clinical product, patient portal, research program, or production healthcare workflow.

Information you choose to provide

The contact form asks for your name, work email, topic, and message. Organization and role are optional. It also requires confirmation that the inquiry contains no patient or protected health information.

How business inquiries are used

We use the information to review and respond to your inquiry, assess a potential design or professional relationship, maintain appropriate business records, protect the form from abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell contact-form information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

Service providers and storage

The site is hosted by Netlify. Netlify Forms processes and stores form submissions in the site’s administrative dashboard and can deliver them to Senvanta’s designated business inbox. Those providers process the information on our behalf under their own service terms and security practices.

Retention

Our intended practice is to delete inactive or declined inquiries from Netlify and the designated inbox within 12 months. Information connected to an active professional relationship, legal requirement, dispute, or necessary business record may be retained longer. We will refine this practice as the project and applicable obligations develop.

Operational website data

Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information—such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and requested pages—to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. Senvanta does not intentionally add advertising cookies or behavioral marketing trackers to this version of the website.

Do not submit health information

This website is not a patient-care channel. Do not submit names of patients, medical record numbers, dates of birth, medical records, health conditions linked to an identifiable person, confidential hospital data, or urgent care requests. If such information is submitted despite this warning, we may delete it without responding.

Your choices

You may ask whether we retain your business inquiry, request a correction, or request deletion where appropriate. Use the contact form, choose “General inquiry,” and do not include patient information. We may need enough information to verify and complete the request.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the website, providers, or project practices change. The effective date above will identify the current version. Material changes should be reviewed before new information is collected.
